Education is super important to us, not only for our 1:1 coaching programme but extending that out into other areas of the coaching space and workplaces.
Within The Women's Wellbeing Club group, we provide expert-led courses designed to help men and women learn more about female health and wellbeing. Whether you're an individual looking to understand your body better, a fitness coach wanting to elevate your knowledge and support for your female clients, or an organisation seeking to support female employees, our courses deliver science-backed education, practical strategies, and real-world solutions.

The Female Blueprint

This is an interactive course designed for individuals or health coaches who want to better understand the female body (or their own) over multiple sessions lead by Nicole.
This course covers:
Female anatomy and hormone regulation
Menstrual cycle stages and abnormalities
The 4 stages of female hormones through to peri-menopause & menopause management
Nutrition, movement & lifestyle strategies to support hormonal health
Alternative therapies to help managing stress, sleep & energy levels
This guided group program will give you the knowledge and tools to take charge of your own health confidently and support others with theirs. Catch up recordings and an accountability group will also be available to ask Nicole any specific questions throughout the whole course period.

Supporting Women at work
This is a brand new course we are introducing to workplaces to support their female colleagues better. We are piloting our first courses currently before we launch wider.
This course covers:
Menstrual cycle awareness and workplace adjustment
Menopause awareness and workplace adjustments
Hormonal health and productivity
Stress management and mental resilience
Creating inclusive and supportive policies
Workplace training can be delivered online or in-person and tailored to your company’s needs.
